The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, autonomous and proactive Administrative Assistant to streamline our operations and facilitate smooth collaboration with our staff and customers. The successful candidate will be adept at answering customer inquiries, writing in impeccable English and assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks in a timely manner.

And you’ll do it all with tender loving care. ️


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via email- Assist with different HR-related tasks such as group benefits management, employment contracts, staff onboarding, etc.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks
  • Assist with preparing student transitions
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for our staff
  • Prepare external communication to customers and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports using Google Workspace
  • Collaborate closely with the team to support day-to-day administrative duties and project-related activities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions


Requirements
  • C1 English Level both written and spoken (Must Have)
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an administrative or project management role
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Self-starter, fast-learner
  • Must be comfortable working with technology, and proficient with Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Fast and reliable Internet connection of 50mbps or more

Salary Range

$700 - $1,500 USD


Working Hours

M-F 9AM-5PM EST


Latin America

This role targets Latin American countries within 2 hours of the Eastern Time Zone.
